Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance

1. Acquiring a product that carries a warranty can enhance your sense of security. If the item fails to work properly during its lifetime and you have opted for our Lifetime Guarantee / Purchase Protection, this warranty may allow you to obtain a replacement, excluding shipping fees.

   • This warranty will be rendered void in cases of misuse, normal wear and tear, or if the product is no longer available.

   • “Lifetime” signifies the time span during which the product continues to be manufactured.
   • The warranty may be revoked without prior notice to the customer.
2. To use your Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance:
   • Take a photo or a brief video of the item.
   • Go to our Contact Form page to submit a request and choose Lifetime Warranty as the category.
   • Include the photo or video with your request.
3. If your request for a replacement is approved, you will be informed within 48 hours.
